COVID-19 ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SAFETY
As the worldwide COVID-19 corona-virus pandemic continues, I acknowledge that these travel plans may be interrupted or canceled by the supplier providing them, a government entity, or another third party over which Brentwood Travel has no control. In addition, I acknowledge that the supplier’s cancellation, rebooking, and refund policies will govern my rights and remedies, including my right to receive a refund, in the event of a cancellation, rebooking, or refund. In addition, I am aware that, should I choose to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will determine whether and to what extent any financial loss will be covered. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and assume the risk of exposure to or infection with COVID-19 while traveling. This exposure or infection may cause bodily harm, illness, permanent disability, and even death. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the aforementioned risks and accept full responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind that I may experience or incur in connection with Brentwood Travel.
As global travel expands, all destinations, airports, air carriers, hotels, restaurants, transfer companies, car rental agencies, stores, and excursions have implemented COVID-19 safety measures and precautions that are subject to daily change. These safety measures may include, but are not limited to, curfews, attraction closures and reduced hours, group size restrictions, social distance requirements, health examinations, self-quarantine mandates, and COVID test results. By signing this agreement, I assume full responsibility for ensuring that I and my traveling companions are in possession of all necessary travel documents (such as COVID test results, pre-travel questionnaires, etc.). In addition, I am aware that I am responsible for the COVID-19-related documents (such as COVID test results, pre-travel questionnaires, etc.) required to travel to my specific destination.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT
Reservation cancellations and/or modifications must be made directly with Holiday Tours.
COMPANY CANCELLATION OF TOUR
The company reserves the right to cancel the tour in the event that there are insufficient participants or uncontrollable factors that prevent the safe conduct of the tour or the delivery of services as described in the itinerary, such as acts of God, war, transportation or other forms of strike, civil strike, pandemic, endemic, and order from the Government of Malaysia and/or other countries.
Alternative excursions, preferably to the same destination or similar tours, will be suggested by the company. If you choose not to accept the alternative tour, the company will endeavor to refund your entire payment, subject to the refund policy of the company’s partner. In the event of cancellation due to insufficient number of passengers or inability to secure seats or lodging, the company will issue a full refund.
Due to circumstances over which the operators have no control, the company and/or associated agents reserve the right to alter or modify itineraries, travel arrangements, and hotel accommodations in any way deemed necessary, or to withdraw the services of an accompanying tour manager.
CANCELLATION OF TOUR BY PASSENGER
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the bank deems your payment suspicious or if complete payment is not received in a timely manner.
- Free Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the date of the reservation will receive a full refund.
- 50% Refund for Cancellations Made Within 1 Day Cancellations made within 1 day will receive a 50% refund.
- Free Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the reservation time will not be refunded.
In accordance with the terms and conditions that are specific to the type of products or services purchased, cancellation upon your request may not be permitted or may require a minimum processing time of varying durations.
All hotel reservation cancellations will incur a 10% cancellation fee plus an administrative fee. We must inform you that the VAT and administrative expenses cannot be refunded because they are paid to third parties. You agree to pay the full cancellation, booking, and administration fees for any products or services you order but do not use. In certain instances, The Operator will assess a cancellation fee and/or fee modification imposed by travel service providers.
CHANGE OF BOOKING
The customer should contact us for assistance if, after making a reservation, he or she wishes to change the date of travel, the destination, the location where the trip begins, the accommodation, or the mode of transportation.
Changes to reservations are permitted if space is available. A modification to the entire reservation will be treated as a cancellation and will incur cancellation fees. Your reservation may be canceled at any time. To avoid any confusion, cancellations must be submitted in writing. No changes are permitted within 1 calendar day of the departure date.
You may modify your online order or purchase by contacting our staff via WhatsApp, email, etc. In such a case, the company shall, whenever possible, make alternative arrangements of comparable quality.
Email confirmation of a reservation includes the essential details, such as the service description and price, and is sent to the consumer. After 24 hours, if the consumer has not received a booking confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or social media, he or she should contact customer support.
It is expressly agreed that data stored in the information systems of Holiday Tours and/or its suppliers shall be admissible as evidence regarding the customer’s bookings. Reservations must be made in the name as it appears on the guest’s passport. Name alterations are typically prohibited. At check-in, the visitor will be required to present a valid passport or identification card. PRICE AND PAYMENTS

REFUNDS for UNUSED SERVICES

It is not possible to receive a refund for unused accommodations, meals, sightseeing excursions, transportation, or any other services included in the tour price.
Only after Bali Tour Packages Top has received the refund amount from the supplier will refunds be issued. Customers should be aware that supplier refunds may take up to six months.
All refunds are subject to the exchange rate in effect at the time of the refund. Upon receiving refunds from the supplier, the amount (less any applicable administration fees) will be transmitted back to the original payment method.
RIGHT TO REJECT
The company reserves the right to cancel or modify any itinerary or bookings made for a client, as well as refuse to accept or retain any individual as a tour participant. If any such person appears likely to imperil the health, safety, or comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour, they will be asked to leave. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their travel documents and visas are in order. The company will advise you on the necessary documentation.
As a general rule, you must have a legitimate international passport or other recognized travel documents that are valid for at least six (6) months after your departure date from the final destination on your itinerary. Visas, vaccinations, and health certificates, as required by the various government authorities of the countries to be visited, must be obtained prior to travel. The company will assist you in obtaining the necessary visas whenever feasible. Service fees and visa fees are the responsibility of the passengers. Visa approval is contingent upon and solely at the discretion of the respective country’s Immigration Department / Home Office.
If for any reason your application for a visa or required exit permit is denied, the applicable cancellation fees listed in the table above will apply. The company is not responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursements, or refunds of tour prices if a passenger is denied entry into any country on the tour for any reason, including lack of a required visa.
Prices listed on the website exclude travel insurance. Therefore, the Customer is advised to purchase an insurance policy that covers the consequences of certain cases of cancellation as well as certain special risks, such as the cost of repatriation in the event of an accident or illness.
